How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–6 business days. Shipping is always free — no minimum.
Can I return something if it doesn't fit my pet?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item just needs to be in resellable condition — write to us and we'll send you the return details.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail and add 6–8 inches. Every product page lists its exact measurements, and there's a full size guide. If you're between sizes, go up.
Do you sell for cats too?
We do now — scratchers, laser toys, cave beds and steam brushes are all in stock. Birds and small pets are next on the list.
The bed arrived flat. Is that normal?
Completely normal. Foam beds are vacuum-compressed for shipping. Unpack it, fluff it and give it up to 48 hours to reach full shape.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify's own encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card details.
